Opera Talks

Get in the know before you go!

Guest speakers will prepare informative sessions that not only outline the plot and provide an overview of the historical and cultural context of the opera and composer, but also give an insider's perspective, highlighting interesting features to watch and listen for during performance. The talks are held in the Town Hall and the Assembly Rooms of the Hall for Cornwall one hour prior to curtain time. They last approximately thirty minutes, and are free with a ticket to the corresponding performance.
